30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.
Returned in its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Used products.
Items that are damaged due to misuse.
Gift cards.
Sale items marked as Final Sale (where applicable).

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
